Descripción
Wera's BiTorsion bit holders have a torsional spring that absorbs minor peak loads during screwdriving work.
The joint use with the BiTorsion bits and their torsion zone clearly increases the useful life of the tool. But Wera's BiTorsion bit holders can also be used with conventional bits.
Rapidaptor technology also allows tips to be taken even without activating the sleeve. The extraction of the tips is carried out by means of a simple movement forward - for an ultra-fast change of the tips, also with just one hand. 1/4" hexagon, suitable for screwdriver machines with socket according to DIN ISO 1173-F 6.3.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Rapidator technology for ultra-fast bit changing
- BiTorsion Rapidator universal bit holder for bits with 1/4" hexagonal drive
- With BiTorsion zone to dampen torque peaks
- With 1/4" hexagonal drive
- BiTorsion bit holder: With a special BiTorsion type area. The energy from peak loads is diverted to the BiTorsion zone. This considerably reduces the risk of breakage and significantly increases the service life.
- BiTorsion Rapidator: Wera's BiTorsion bit holders have a torsion zone that absorbs minor load peaks during screwdriving. The joint use of the BiTorsion type tips and their torsion zone extends the useful life of the tool considerably. But Wera's BiTorsion bit holders can also be used with conventional bits.
- "Chuck-all" : Rapidator quick-change bit holders can accommodate 1/4" bits according to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3 (Wera 1 series) as well as according to E 6.3 (Wera 4 Series)
- "Rapid-in" and self-locking: Without activating the sleeve, the bit can be fitted into the bit holder. As soon as the tip is placed on the screw, the lock is automatically activated. Now the tip is housed safely and without wobble
- "Rapid-out" To change the tip you simply have to move the sleeve forward: At that moment, the spring mechanism separates the tip from the magnet and thus unlocks the tool. The tip can be removed without any problem. And what is especially useful: this function also allows the extraction of very small bits without having to use an additional assistance tool.
- Rapid-spin: Thanks to the free-spinning bushing, during the screwdriving process, the user can guide the screwdriving machine, whether battery-powered or electric, by holding the sleeve. This makes it easier to place the tip on the screw, thus preventing it from slipping off the screw head. Also usable as a short extension with free-turning socket in 1/4" applications, for example in combination with the Wera bit ratchet, or the Zyklop ratchet
- "One-handed": All functions of the Rapidator quick-change bit holders, such as inserting or removing the bit, can be performed with one hand. This is faster, cheaper and more ergonomic: Not a single hand movement is wasted
