Descripción
The fischer DIPK insulation material fixing consists of a white dowel sleeve with integrated plate and glass-fibre reinforced plastic nail. The fischer DIPK is ideal for the secure, pressure-free fixing of insulation materials up to 120 mm thick, such as polystyrene boards, lightweight wood chip boards and polyurethane hard foam boards to concrete, solid concrete brick and perforated stone.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Main advantages: support for polypropylene insulation material with fibreglass-reinforced plastic nail. Perfect for all types of insulation, including pressure-resistant insulation such as mineral wool or cellular glass. Simple and quick impact assembly reduces work time.
- Main applications: for fixing insulation materials such as polystyrene (Styropor), PU rigid foam boards, cellular glass and mineral wool. Suitable for concrete, solid brick, solid silica-lime brick, perforated silica-lime brick and perforated ceramic brick.
- Instructions for use: drill a hole with an 8 mm diameter drill bit, insert the mushroom and tap the plug to expand the support. The pre-expansion zone prevents the plug from sinking into the insulating material during expansion by impact.
ADVANTAGES
- The glass fibre reinforced plastic nail (GRP nail) reduces heat transmission and prevents marks on the plastered surface.
- Simple impact installation allows for a quick installation process, reducing workload.
- The proven design with shallow anchoring depth reduces the amount of drilling required, thus achieving a high level of efficiency.
- DIPK can be used universally on rear-ventilated curtain wall façades as well as on plastered façades.
APPLICATIONS
For fixing pressure-resistant insulating materials on facades, such as:
- Polystyrene boards
- Lightweight wood wool boards
- Cork boards / coconut husk fiber carpet
- PU panels
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
- Concrete
- Hollow blocks of lightweight concrete
- Vertical perforated brick
- Perforated sandstone brick
- Solid sandstone brick
- Natural stone with dense structure
- Solid brick
